Crops & Classes at Scrapmania...
New For 2008

With the exception of Julie's Card Class our classes are very flexible! If you see a class you'd like to attend please call (478-CROP) or e-mail (scrapmania@traer.net) a time that works for you.

CLASSES:

Kids Klass: $7 unless otherwise noted; Once a month we have a featured craft just for kids. See samples in store or email for photo.

Monthly Project: Approx. $25 - includes all materials; Every month we feature a mini album kit. Please bring basic class kit along.

Cardmaking with Julie: $15 Class Fee prepay with registration; Handmade Cards are a great way to show someone how important they are to you, plus they are lots of fun to make! Come let Julie show you how. Price includes all materials. Makes 10 cards with envelopes.

Teen Memories: Class is FREE but you must pre-register. Beginners only please (ages 13 and up). Beginner class for teens. Bring 10 photos related to a specific theme. In this class you will lean scrapbook basics and become familiar with how to use tools in the crop center. After this class you will feel confident to come to more advanced classes and Scrap & Yaps.

Mom & Me Beginners: $12 Class Fee; Beginners Class for children to attend with mom (or Grandma or other Gaurdian) Children should be at least 6 and able to enjoy a 2 hour class. Bring 10 photos (each) related to one subject. Child will receive a 6x6" book to put together. Mom can assist child or work on her own pictures in two page 12x12" layouts

FREE Beginners Class: At Scrapmania the beginners class is always FREE! Just bring 10 photos related to the same subject (i.e. Christmas, Baby, Vacation, etc.) You will learn the basics while putting together a 2 page layout. You will also learn how to use te tools in the Crop Center. After this class you will feel confident to come to more advanced classes and crops.

Scrapmania Class Rules:
All class attendees get 10% off their merchandise purchases the night of the class. Attend 9 classes and get the 10th class free (free classes do not get a punch). Classes must be prepaid and payment must be received no less than 1 week prior to class. This will ensure that enough supplies are on hand for all participants. Free classes still require registration. Class fees do not qualify for the frequent buyer punch card. Please, no cell phones in class.
*Julie's card class is not included in the Frequent Buyer Program (sorry). She often has her own specials.

Scrapmania Class Cancellation Policy:
To ensure that your class is held: Please call and pay in advance. Not only is prepayment required, it may mean the difference between holding the class or cancellation.

Please bring basic class kit to all classes (except Julie's Class). This includes but is not limited to:
Trimmer
Ruler
Scissors
Black Journaling Pen
Adhesive

If you don't have these items, most are available for purchase with a 10% discount the date of class.

If you will not be able to attend a class you have paid for: cancellation of reserved space with 48 hours notice will receive store credit for the full amount of the class fee; cancellation of reserved space within 24 hours you will receive store credit for 1/2 the amount of the class; no refund of class fee for a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice before the class begins, but you may send a friend as a substitute. There can be no exceptions - the classes can be lot of work to put together and we appreciate your cooperation.

If WE Cancel a class we will issue you a full refund for the fee which you paid.

CROPS:

Crop Room: Open times (during regular business hours) in the crop room is when tables can be rented by the hour ($2) or by the day (8 hrs. for $15). Price Includes: 4' - 8' personal space, unlimited use of crop center, a Quickcutz © or Sizzix © machine and dies, computer/printer, paper cutter, magazines for ideas and the "Use it or Lose it" club box. Refreshments also included. Your supplies must be removed at the end of the rental period. Spend $30 on merchandise in store and fee is waived.

School's Out: $10 Crop Fee; Refreshments and hourly giveaways. No school? Grab your supplies and come spend the day with us! Get those school memories in a book before they are forgotten. We feature school papers and die cuts for all surrounding schools. 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Must be in Jr. High or accompanied by a guardian. Students only ages 10 and up. Held during the school year on in-service days, etc.


Mom & Me Scrap: For children accompanied by adult gaurdian. Just like the Scrap & Yap, snacks insread of a mean so the prices is only $5/person. Any afternoon not reserved for a class or crop. Must register to hold space.

Scrap & Yap:
- You pick the afternoon or evening
- $15 gets you approx. 7 hours of uninterrupted scrap time, supper & refreshments, goodie bags, use of the crop center, 10% off your purchases and ample time to pick the brains of others.
- Cost is only $10 if you want to bring your own food & refreshments
- Attend 9 Scrap & Yaps and get the 10th free
- Please register and pre-pay to save your space
- Crop fees do not qualify for frequent buyer punch card.
- Ages 16 and up. 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 13 and under may enjoy Mom & Me Scrap

Kustomade by Kelly: Just gotta have the book but no time? Let Kelly do it! We understand the work and supplies that can go into this hobby - that is why Kelly will put a custom book together for you. Prices vary by complexity and size of book required. All books may require several personal consultations (included in price) to get the book just the way you want it.

I Want it Now Club: We keep a running "wish list" for your birthday and holiday needs. Just register and fill out the list and send those loved ones in and we'll m
ake sure you get what you want!

Parties: Reservations with deposit are required.

Birthday Parties: Each guest brings their own photos to place in a 6x6î album. Albums, stickers and papers are provided. Happy Birthday!

Bridal/Baby Showers: Guests will put together a 12x12î or 8x8î album for the honoree. All supplies included. Honoree will receive a complete album that they will be able to just add photos and journaling to at a later date.

Private Groups/Clubs: Limited to only your imagination! Book a class or reserve the room to work on your own projects. Youíll be in a state of pure Scrapmania!

Open Scrap: Tables and Crop center open whenever the store is. Crop center includes Sizzix and Quickutz Systems, journaling computer, idea books and more. Itís a scrappers dream!
